2026 Summer Classes, Camps, and Intensives
Join us for a summer filled with dance!
Summer vacation presents unique opportunities to grow as dancers. Whether you want some fun breaks from the valley heat or you can't wait to immerse yourself in dance in order to take your technique to a higher level, PDAZ has an option for you.
Weekly technique classes are offered in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/Lyrical, Acro, and Hip Hop as well as Preschool Combo classes. We also offer camp options for everyone from baby ballerinas to aspiring professionals.
Summer 2026 Intensives and Camps and Weekly Class Schedule
ALL Summer Classes, including Workshop, Intensive, and Weekly Classes are available as DROP-INS at the rate of $20.00 per class. 8-Class Punch Cards are available for $150.00 (expires 7/25/26). Discounted class rate tuition for each class group is listed below.
Summer Technique Intensives 2026 - Level 1 through Pre-Professional
Our intensives are designed for dance students wishing to progress rapidly over the summer. Students attend daily classes in Ballet technique, supplemented by strength and flexibility training. Prima Dance Arizona is committed to developing well-rounded dancers: Our Summer Technique Intensives include classes such as Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Improvisation, and Contemporary. Pointe technique is offered within the advanced level. There are two sessions of Summer Technique Intensives in 2025, both of which are offered in multiple levels for two age groups:

Full Day, recommended for ages 10+, for dancers having completed Ballet Level 2:
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
$345.00 per one 5-day week
Half-day option for dancers 6-10 yrs:
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
$275.00 per one 5-day week
Acro Camp 2026
Improve Acro skills, strengthen your muscles, and become more flexible! PDAZ is committed to safely developing strong, flexible artists and proudly offers instruction following the Acrobatic Arts syllabus supplemented by the Alixa Flexibility Technique. Experienced acrobats entering Acro Camp for the first time need to be seen for placement prior to or on the first day of class. Ages 7 and up.*

*Acrobats will be evaluated and divided by skill level. General age breakdown: 7-12 yrs and 13 and up.
** Acro Camp has very limited enrollment. We recommend early registration. Registration closes one week prior to camp start date. At that time, participants may be notified of slight time change due to leveling (1-2 hours possible difference in start/end time).

Royal Adventures Mini Dance Camp Ages 3-8 years
Dance like your favorite Princess or Disney character during our fun-filled mini camp! Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Crafts

Cinema Stars Dance Intensives Ages 6-8 and 9+
Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, and Musical Theater technique with a sprinkling of Acro, Hip Hop and Tap.
Show off your Star Quality! Some Cinema Stars classes concurrent with Technique Intensives. Cinema Stars campers
will have access to themed crafts during class breaks.
